1. Services
We provide customized commercial cleaning solutions for retail showrooms, corporate offices, professional buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, and other commercial facilities. Services are provided on-site and tailored to your specific needs following consultation and agreement on scope, frequency, and pricing.
All Services are subject to a written or electronic agreement/quote/estimate that specifies the scope, price, schedule, and any special conditions. The quote/estimate forms part of these Terms once accepted by you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Website or engage our Services. By using the Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Quotes, Pricing and Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in [CAD/USD – specify currency] and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in scope, materials, or unforeseen site conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend Services if the site presents health/safety risks or if payment is overdue.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice (or as stated in your quote). Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service value.
We may cancel or reschedule due to weather, staff illness, or unforeseen events, with reasonable notice and no penalty to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
We perform Services with reasonable care and skill using trained staff. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by your negligence, improper use of premises, or third parties.
Our total liability (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information provided, or your premises’ condition.
